Light-Touch KYC and Assured Anonymity

Given the nature of micro-shares, which deals in fractional ownership KYC is very light touch and token owners are not listed in the public domain.

Monthly Returns and Staking Flexibility

Staking in the liquidity pool can significantly increase potential earnings. The current return rate can be seen above and is trending upwards.  The assured returns associated with those staked asset tokens are forfeited. You can adjust the number of micro-shares staked and sell them at any time through the secondary marketplace at a price set by you as the investor.

Project Growth Value

Potential for Significant Value Appreciation

The value of the commercial project will increase annually in line with the increase in annual rent. The underlying project asset is also likely to increase in value each year and, on average, reach three times its original value by the end of the lease. If the project is sold at any time during the lease term, the micro-share holders will receive proportional payouts for the value of their micro-share and any increase in value. The project will be refinanced at the end of the lease period, and token holders will be compensated accordingly.

Commerical value

Each lease is assigned a commercial value independently verified by an independent RICS surveyor. This value is then divided into 100,000 micro-shares, and anyone can acquire a portion of this using crypto or bank transfer. With a minimum spend of £250.

Assured minimum 5% income

The lease will deliver a return of an assured income of a minimum of 5% per annum on each micro-share for the life of the lease. 

Liquidity pool

Anyone purchasing a micro-share can participate in our unique private staking liquidity pool, which is currently trending upwards, as can be seen above.

Staking

A micro-share holder can convert all or some of their micro-share to staking in the liquidity pool. In doing so, the minimum 5% income on micro-shares converted will be forfeited in exchange for potential larger returns from the stakeholder.
